When something happens to you, will the right people know what to do?
Emergencies, illness, and death arrive unannounced. Queath helps you organize what exists, where it is, who to contact, and what you wanted. Calmly, privately, one small step at a time.
The score is free: no account, card, or sensitive details needed.
- AES-256 encrypted storage
- Private by default
- Full audit trail
- No ads, no data resale
A safe place to organize important things
You will be trusting Queath with a map of your life, so security is the foundation, not a feature. Everything you upload is encrypted with AES-256 before it reaches storage; nothing is visible to anyone else unless you explicitly grant it; and every sensitive action (sign-ins, downloads, sharing changes, emergency requests) is written to an audit log you can inspect. There are no ads and no data resale, by architecture. Read exactly how we protect your information.

What living with Queath looks like
A vault of pointers, not secrets
You record what exists and where it lives: “the will is with our attorney,” “the life insurance is with Granite Life,” “the password manager emergency kit is in the safe.” Powerful for your family, useless to a thief.
A score that shows the gaps
Fourteen categories of readiness, scored and refreshed as you go, so you always know the single most useful next step instead of facing everything at once.
People with defined roles
Trusted contacts accept a named role and see nothing until you grant it: some things now, some things only in an emergency, item by item.
A summary anyone could act on
One generated PDF gives your family or executor the map: who to call, what exists, where to look, in the order they will need it.

Common questions
What is Queath?+
Queath is a secure continuity, legacy, and estate-readiness platform. It helps you organize what exists (accounts, documents, policies, digital assets), where it lives, who to contact, and what you wanted, so the right people can act during an emergency, incapacity, or after a death.
Is Queath a will or legal service?+
No. Queath is an organizing platform, not a law firm, and it does not provide legal, tax, financial, medical, or estate advice. It tracks the status and location of documents like wills and powers of attorney, and prepares summaries that make meetings with qualified professionals faster and cheaper.
How much does Queath cost?+
The readiness score, a basic vault of 25 items, one trusted contact, and your first continuity summary are free. The Individual plan is $8 per month or $79 per year. The Family plan is $12 per month or $119 per year and covers a household. AI document processing credits are included with paid plans.
How is my information protected?+
Uploaded files are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they reach storage, all traffic uses TLS, sharing is off by default, and every sensitive action is recorded in an audit log you can review. Queath has no ads, no third-party trackers, and never sells or shares personal information.
What happens in an emergency?+
A trusted contact requests emergency access. You are notified immediately and a waiting period you configure begins. If you are able to respond, you can approve instantly or deny a false alarm. If you cannot respond, because that is the nature of emergencies, access to the items you pre-approved is released automatically when the waiting period ends. You can also give your most trusted person an emergency access code in advance for immediate access with no waiting. Every view is logged.
Can Queath itself read my documents?+
Your files are encrypted with AES-256 before they reach storage and all traffic is encrypted in transit. The encryption keys are held by the platform, which is what makes emergency access, document processing, and account recovery possible. This means Queath is not zero-knowledge: our systems can technically decrypt your files, and we restrict that to the features you invoke, with audit logging. A separate zero-knowledge vault, where even Queath cannot read the contents, is on the roadmap as an optional premium feature.
What happens to my plan if I die or stop paying?+
If a subscription lapses, nothing is deleted right away: the account drops to the free tier, everything you stored stays intact and readable, and the parts that matter in a crisis keep working, including emergency access you already configured. Data is retained for 3 years after payments stop; near the end of that window we send warnings to you and your account email, and only then is the account scheduled for permanent deletion.
Queath is an organizing and continuity platform. It helps you track, store, summarize, and share information. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, fiduciary, financial, medical, or estate advice. When you need advice, Queath helps you arrive at a professional's office prepared.
