Queath is an organizing and continuity platform. It helps you record what exists, where it is, who to contact, and what you wanted, and share that with people you choose.
No professional advice
Nothing in Queath, including readiness scores, checklists, reminders, summaries, templates, and AI/OCR outputs, is legal, tax, fiduciary, financial, medical, or estate advice. Qualified professionals (attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, physicians, fiduciaries) handle advice; Queath helps you arrive at those conversations organized.
Emergency access is not legal authority
Queath's emergency access workflow coordinates information access among people you designate. It is entirely separate from, and does not create, replace, or modify, legal authority such as a power of attorney, healthcare directive, trusteeship, executorship, guardianship, court authority, or any fiduciary appointment.
AI/OCR outputs are suggestions
Text extraction, classifications, summaries, and suggested fields generated by AI/OCR features are informational, may contain errors, and take effect only after you review and confirm them.
Referrals and compensation
Queath may list or introduce partner professionals (such as attorneys, accountants, and financial advisors). If you engage a partner, Queath may receive a referral or marketing fee where permitted by law and by the applicable profession's rules. Attorney referrals are made only in ways consistent with state bar rules; where compensated referral arrangements are not permitted, Queath receives no fee. Partner compensation never changes the price you pay, and Queath is not a party to, and is not responsible for, any professional engagement. You are always free to choose any professional.
Documents remain yours to validate
Queath does not verify the legal validity, currency, or enforceability of any document you reference or upload. Review important documents with a qualified professional.
